SPACE AND MONEY

On 10 June 2025, at 14.00, an online meeting on ‘Space and Money’ was held in the format of a Zoom conference.

Students of grades 9-11 of out-of-school and general secondary education institutions, first- and second-year students of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions and professional higher education institutions were invited to participate in the event.

During the meeting, 61 online connections were made, and more than 70 participants and guests took part in the discussion.

The participants of the online meeting were greeted by Maryna KYLYMNIK, Head of the Educational and Methodological Department of the NYAEC.

The speaker of the event, Liudmyla MARCHENKO, astronomy teacher at NYAEC and lecturer of the highest category, told the audience interesting facts about space and money, space technologies in everyday life and a space photo shoot.

The participants of the online meeting expanded their knowledge of astronomy and received information about monetary relations in outer space.
