Grand opening of Oleksii Leonov's personal exhibition

О.M. Makarov National Youth Aerospace Centre  hosted the grand opening of the personal exhibition «Eternal and Beautiful» by sculptor Oleksii Leonov, Honoured Artist of Ukraine.

The grand opening took place in the educational and exhibition complex where the exhibition itself was located. The author himself was present at the opening of the exhibition.

Fate gave Oleksii a talent that was revealed very early on. The works of Oleksii Leonov are designed to unite humanity with the idea of mastering the spiritual worlds destined for us humans. After all, it is only on the spiritual path that a person can discover his or her true nature.   

Oleksii Kulyk, Director General of the O. M. Makarov NYAEC, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. He congratulated all those present on the opening of the exhibition and presented a memorable gift from the centre to Alexei Leonov. The opening was attended by distinguished guests, employees of the centre, people who are not indifferent to the sculptor's work.

The guests got acquainted with the work of Alexei Leonov and were inspired by the bright images of the exhibition. The images created by the author are filled with moral purity and spirituality. They encourage viewers to think about the meaning of life and the search for truth. The sculptor perceives existence from the perspective of cosmic understanding. According to Goethe, "art is a mediator of what cannot be expressed". Thus, all the artist's sculptures can be called an energetic and plastic prayer for Peace.

After the excursion by Oleksii Leonov, visitors had the opportunity to talk to the author.

P.S. The exhibition «Eternal and Beautiful» will be open until 30 December 2025. Tours are free, groups for a tour from are 5 visitors.
